I'm so excited to bring to you BLOOM; a nourishing Eco-Retreat facilitated with incredible co-facilitators Aska Kouznetsova & Avril Dargie, each bringing diverse offerings to this special weekend.
We’re inviting just 10 lucky souls to join us in the beautiful Inman valley on the Fleurieu Peninsula,
October 22-24, 2021.
This retreat is a warm space of deep rest & surrender, for you each to unfold your petals, and gently bloom at your own pace.
We’ve formulated a radiant, soothing and inspiring environment to unfurl into, as we embrace the warm meadow of spring and move towards a fruitful summer.

– SOUL FOOD –
Our menu is Seasonal, Organic, Unprocessed and Locally-sourced - delicious plant-based food made with presence and love by our co-facilitator Aska.
– YIN & RESTORATIVE YOGA –
Annie will lead us in her immersive, expansive and gentle practice to unwind deeply and begin our journey to bloom.
– COSY LODGE-STYLE LOCATION –
Warm your toes by our wood-fire and take in the stunning 360 views of the incredible Inman Valley – full of butterflies, wildflowers, kangaroos and birds, with plenty of space & time for walks and connecting with nature. Accommodation is shared, in cosy & sweet bunk-style bedrooms.
– WORKSHOPS –
All of our gentle curated activities within the retreat schedule are completely optional. We will be offering a range of nourishing workshops & activities including a wonderful women’s circle hosted by Avril and a very special Sound bath led by our incredible guest workshop host Joshika Akhil.
– RELAXED OFFERINGS –
While we will offer gentle curated activities within the retreat schedule to ground and connect deeply to ourselves and our intention to unwind; we embrace restfulness, surrender and spontaneity as co-facilitators. As such, we believe in the importance of leaving plenty of time for solitude, creativity, bush-walks, reading, naps, and whatever else arises.
The retreat runs from 3pm Friday the 22nd - 3pm Sunday the 24th October.

Annie Johns
Annie is a warm and deeply nurturing yoga facilitator who specialises in Yin and Restorative practices as a transformative method for releasing stress from our tissues. She is passionate about providing accessible tools for rest and self-nourishment that provide support and safe haven in everyday life.
Annie uses a variety of approaches to create a supportive and safe space for people to unwind deeply, and be gently nurtured - with a diverse background, and the softest of hearts - she draws on a personal yoga practice that has spanned 23 years, specialised studies in restorative practices, and a background as a vegan cook in many retreats - with advanced degrees in visual arts, as well as studies in breathwork and advanced energetics.
We can’t wait for you dive deep in to Annie’s nourishing spring yin classes at this retreat.
Aska Kouznetsova
Aska has cultivated a calming presence and soothing manner of holding space, with a deep passion for guiding others inwards to access their innate individual ability to self-heal.
Gracefully & intuitively blending her skills as a synthesis movement therapist, somatic release facilitator and breathwork practitioner - Aska works effortlessly to reconnect her clients with their true selves. “All of you is welcome here” is her personal motto.
She is excited to also bring her wonderful skills in the realm of health and whole foods to this retreat - joyfully crafting a healthy and delicious wholefoods menu - to ground and awaken the senses.

Avril Dargie
An incredible grounding presence Avril has a rich background in supporting others to embody their truest selves. Through the practice and study of positive psychology, Creatrix and Qi Gong Avril brings us deeply centred impassioned women circles, how to capture the joy of living and connecting fully to ourselves.
Avril runs women's circles on the Fleurieu Peninsula bringing to us her passion for joy, life and music; Avril’s love for nurturing others shines through her grounding Mother Earth energy as she envelopes us all with a warm hug both energetically and physically!
She brings to this retreat a wealth of knowledge around post-traumatic growth, connecting to our resilient spirit and embracing passion for life. We can't wait for you to experience her special women's circle, Qi Gong and loving presence at this retreat!
