About Annie Johns

Annie Johns is a certified yoga therapist with a specialisation in restorative practices.

Annie utilises yoga-based practices and somatic tools to help clients heal from general ailment or injury as well as long term or chronic pain, illness and stress. Annie is the founder of The Rest Club and has taught well over 1000 hours of classes and workshops focused on body awareness and yogic tools for calm and restoration.

Annie is passionate about supporting women in all stages of life to manage their wellbeing through the therapeutic application of yoga. She works with people from all walks of life who want to cultivate a greater sense of wellbeing or create new habits to those suffering from injury, work-related stress, chronic illness, sleeplessness, burn-out, trauma and more.

Annie provides a safe, inclusive and supportive space for you to find wellbeing holistically. Her sessions are gentle and accessible for any level of mobility and completely tailored to your individuals needs and goals.
